This Privacy Policy describes how Lettable AI ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses and shares information about you when you use our platform at www.lettableai.com.au.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, including your name, email address, job title, and billing information. We also collect information about your commercial property portfolio including assets, leases, and related documents that you choose to upload or enter into the platform.

We automatically collect certain technical information when you use our services including IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain and improve the Lettable AI platform
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send you service-related communications and alerts
• Respond to your questions and provide support
• Send marketing communications (you can opt out at any time)
• Comply with our legal obligations

3. AI processing

Lettable AI uses Anthropic's Claude AI to power our intelligent assistant. When you use the AI features, your portfolio data and questions are processed by Anthropic in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not permit Anthropic to use your data to train their AI models.

4. How we share your information

We share your information with the following third party service providers who help us operate the platform:

• Stripe — payment processing (privacy policy)
• Supabase — database and authentication, hosted in Sydney Australia
• Anthropic — AI processing
• Vercel — platform hosting

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your commercial property data with any other users or organisations.

5. Data storage and security

Your data is stored in Australia (Sydney region) using Supabase. We implement row-level security ensuring only you can access your own portfolio data. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong password and keep your login credentials confidential.

6. Data retention

We retain your personal information and portfolio data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we will delete your data from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

7. Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Opt out of marketing communications

8. Children

Lettable AI is a professional platform intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
